We recommend starting with a low dose of these truffles, unless you are an experienced tripper. 3 grams causes a noticeable high, without inducing a 'trip', but is enough for pleasant effects. Around 5 grams you will experience a light effect. You will notice that reality is distorted and your thoughts start to change. From 7.5 grams the trip becomes even more intense. The experience is characterized by strong visuals, auditory hallucinations and powerful physical sensations.
The easiest way to use them is to eat the truffles fresh. However, you can also make tea from them. It is important that you do not put them in boiling water, as this breaks down the psilocybin.
